The "online" home search continues . . . One priority this weekend was to narrow the search for homes in our new location. With over 120 listings accumulating in our home search file, we reduced the number to 20 "favorites & possibles" to check out during our upcoming home search trip to Delaware, OH. The properties were primarily in Delaware, Westerville, and Lewis Center!

It's official!

Rose Anne assumes her duties as Sales Effectiveness Manager for the new Northeast Region Sales Office of Pioneer Hi-Bred International. The seven North America Sales Offices in the United States and Canada are: Central (Johnston, IA), Canada (Chatham, Ontario), Southern (Huntsville, AL), Western (Lincoln, NE), Heartland (Bloomington, IL), Northern (Mankato, MN) and Northeast (Delaware, OH)

The adventure begins . . . .

Rose Anne and I have some life-changing news to share! Through this blog, we can track our journey as we embark on "Bob and Rosie's Big Adventure"! Who, some may ask, are Bob and Rosie? Bob (Robert Theodore), and Rosie (Rose Anne) have resided in Tipton a combined "78 years"! Bob arrived in 1973 and Rosie came to Tipton in 1967! We are leaving our comfort zone and starting a new chapter together traveling due east on I-70 to Delaware Ohio!

Rose Anne has accepted a promotion as Sales Effectiveness Manager for the Northeast Regional Office of Pioneer Hi-Bred International. The new office is located in Delaware Ohio. Her new position takes effect July 17th. This is a big change and tremendous career move for Rose Anne. She anticipates working 5 to 7 more years before she retires and is really excited about the advancement.

I'm very happy for her, support her, and anxious to find churches, Barnes and Noble Bookstores, golf courses, running clubs, barbershop choruses, community theatres & bands, and a new home (with a fenced in yard requested by our Lhasa, Maddie) in the Columbus area!

Obviously there are a million questions going through our minds! We'll process the answers one at a time and make decisions accordingly. So . . welcome aboard as Ted and Rose Anne embark on . . . .
